Project Management

The Sports Management Service is designed to meet the every growing technology needs of our Athletic Programs.

Various software and hardware will help to provide Athletic Departments with the necessary tool to manage the integration of technology and sports. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hudl
• GameTime
• Varsity Media

• Core Participation
• Ability to securely transmit data
• Licensing and maintenance of specific products for one year

• Provide a primary and secondary contact for the service
• Include appropriate BOCES staff in vendor communications
• Return any hardware back to BOCES upon termination of service
• Provide staff with knowledge of district procedures and access to the Sports Management System
• Comply with all regulations and laws governing student data
• Update and maintain data accuracy of data
• Provide RIC accounts to the Sports Management System

• Contract administration, license tracking and invoicing
• Liaison between vendor and district
• Create and maintain custom exports/imports as requested by the district
